Abdolreza Mosaddegh

About

Abdolreza Mosaddegh is an Assistant Professor of Data Science at Northeastern University. He holds a PhD in IT Engineering, Big-data Analytics and Machine Learning. In his postdoctoral research at King’s College London, he studied applications of Machine Learning in healthcare. He introduced a framework to employ knowledge-based reasoning over Deep Neural Networks for taking advantage of context information. As a researcher at Cornell University, he developed novel AI techniques for pattern recognition of antimicrobial resistances as one of the world’s most pressing challenges. His current studies are focused on applications of Deep Learning and Large Language Models in public health.
