Rinaldi Receives 2025 IFCS Walter G. Cady Award

ECE Professor Matteo Rinaldi, who is also co-director of the Institute for NanoSystems Innovation at Northeastern, received the IEEE International Frequency Control Symposium (IFCS) 2025 Walter G. Cady Award for his technical contributions in the area of piezoelectric frequency control devices. Rinaldi was recognized for his development of high-frequency piezoelectric microacoustic resonators for frequency control and sensing applications. The award will be presented at the IEEE IFCS-EFTF 2025 in Querétaro, Mexico on May 12-16, 2025.
