Problem Statement of Protothon 7.0:
This year’s challenge focuses on solving a timely, AI-driven product challenge, pushing participants to blend creativity, problem-solving, and product thinking to craft innovative solutions.
This year’s Protothon is all about innovation, teamwork, and fast-paced product development, helping students experience what it’s like to think like a PM — from ideation to pitch.
About Protothon:
Protothon 7.0 is Northeastern University’s premier Product Prototyping Hackathon, hosted by APMC (Aspiring Product Managers Club). It’s a two-week sprint where teams work on solving a real-world product challenge — focusing purely on problem-solving, strategy, and product thinking with no coding aspect. This time we are in collaboration with NxtHumans
Note: Protothon 7.0’s registrations are closed, and over 50 teams have already started working on the problem statement. The Protothon finale will take place on the same day as the Product Conference—March 16, 2025. We have a total of five judges for the finale, including one from nxtHumans, while the remaining four are speakers attending the conference.
